And this is where I wish they had an Urban Fantasy or Modern Fantasy tag for something like this.
Not gonna say much on it except that red dragon up there is NOT Jonathan. This came off of an idea I had before I did Jonathan about the magical world beneath the streets of the city of Knoxville.

Overall Vision Originality Technique Impactsince you offered a critique on this, so why not. i usually not that at good in depth critiques, but i thought i give a shot on your pic.
cool pic you have here, i love the combination of modern and fantasy elements in it, really like the colors, the bright red and green lights really glows off the page and the lighting on the dragon is excellent. the ogre guy is kind of funny with the elvis like hairdo, but over all it a great pic. one thing to nitpick though is the stuff on the bottom just looks like random scribbles and doesn't really look like people (or mythical creature folk) if just a rough outline of heads or hands waving in the air, it would look more a crowd if that was what you were going for. hope that doesn't make you mad, i'm not trying too, but that's the point of a critique is point the good things about the pic and also the things that need improvement on. overall i give this pic high ratings.
