Was requested by...LexThomas  He wanted to see Mr. Squishy Nel in this style.

I kinda imagine that the Pandarens would paint a portrait of him...and keep it somewhere.  Due to it being hinted he had a lot to do with Pandaria in my stories.  Neltharion's so squishy.
