Well, here's O'eterus. Some guys wanted to know what he looked like. As you can see, I deviated from the actual Gold Dragon design used in D&D. I wasn't all that thrilled about it so like the Blue Dragon, I resorted to something looking similar to what Larry Elmore concocted—however, I did sort of mix my design of Bahamut Zero into O'eterus. The reason for this is because Bahamut as the Platinum Dragon was described to have the same features as a Gold Dragon, only instead of gold scales, he had platinum scales. So, all of the Gold Dragons look kinda like Bahamut.
The Big O or also known as Galen, was Pyrothraxus' buddy. When Pyro became good and joined the light side, the Gold and Red Dragons fast friends. But the concept of Galen had come from another story of mine. I think he was the first Dragon I ever created that had a relaxed personality to him. He wasn't formal like all the other Dragons were. And he was the first character I created that didn't act like his species would. I created him to be a thief, which is something that Gold Dragons never do. I even role-played as Galen once in a Slayer's RPG. He had a chimera as a sidekick LOL! |
