I'll tell you one thing, I wasn't sure if I'd ever get this thing done. Um. I think y'all are ready for an original dragon design of mine one I've worked on since I was in grade school. Long time.

Uh, back before I drew dragons in the style of Todd Lockwood or Larry Elmore, I did this design based from Rankin-Bass' Smaug, except I made it more wolf-like. Now, all my dragon characters had this style, including characters like Skie Khellendros...and most importantly...the Dark Queen Takhisis herself. Now the style is just used for a specific race of dragons called the Kethosians. But I still sometimes draw Takhisis in this style. It's easier than to draw those damned five heads. She's often described as being able to take on a dragon form without having all those heads, so, this is how I always envisioned that 'single-headed' dragon form. And I love white hair!

So, here, I present the Dark Queen vs. the Dark God. The Dark God was an old and horrid Godzilla story which actually focused on Godzilla instead of characters like Kiryuu or Malcho. And the character of Godzilla...or rather Gojira was an extremely powerful entity, an immortal being built from angered spirits and demons of wars. So, I'm thinking, the only thing that can take him down is Takhisis. Go get him, Queenie!
