Yes, he has been unleashed on your precious sulfur-dioxide gas filled paradise, aka Pandora.

Of course Kiryuu's telling the Na'vi: "Oe si nga kerusey." Which is from what I can tell is their version of: "I'm going to kill you, now." Trust me, bows and arrows aren't going to stop him. I mean, tanks, planes, King Ghidorah, and the Oxygen Destroyer can't stop him, what makes anyone think a bunch of blue smurfy cats with bows and arrows can?

Kiryuu's showing them his version of Tsaheylu, which is basically the Technomancer's Connection to the multidimensional super computer Array which is a lot more powerful than Pandora's bio-organical network system to say the least.

And that crazy look in his eyes? This is what happens when he's been locked up in King Ghidorah's nightmare for so long.

I made everything look a little cartoonish because I felt that's how everything in fact looked like at night with all the glowy plants and such. It just looked cartoonish. I know there's bioiluminating animals in real-life, but not something as ridiculous as what I found watching Avatar. It looked like the black-light poster section at Spenser's.
